It was my first time coming and my last. I was told my vehicle would be ready in an hour or hour and half. I was there over 3 hours with an appointment. The front desk receptionist is trash. Kept leaving her desk, loud, you could here her conversations in the waiting area, and not professional or knowledgeable. Glen was nice. But I think the waiting area needs an upgrade and all staff needs to get on one accord.

I scheduled routine oil filter change with tire rotation. I specifically mentioned a problem with the right front tire pressure sensor. The service appointment took five hours because someone had to go get the needed part from another location. The dealership should have had the part in stock as they clearly should have known it would be needed once I made the appointment.

The online self-scheduling for service department needs is very quick and convenient. The GMC staff was very friendly and efficient. The service department also makes recommendations at specific mileage time points concerning routine maintenance requirements. They educate, give you the pros and cons, and leave the decision to you without pressuring.

I took my car in for an oil change, and I was talked into the extra additives which I agreed to. I also asked for a tire rotation. I was sent a video saying that the oil change and tire rotation was complete. When I got out to look at my car, I noticed a nail in my back left tire that I was there before I took my truck in. If it were not for that nail, I would’ve driven away and paid for a tire rotation and my tires would’ve never been rotated. I had to go back in and wait another 20 to 30 minutes for them to rotate my tires. This is only my second service at GMC Wolfchase And it makes me a little leery about when I pay for something whether the service is going to be performed or not. Did they add the additives during the oil change? I don’t know.

Waiting time to get the oil change was great, Kept me informed through texts. Minor Problem - when I went to check in (not enough to cut by one star). I booked an appt online and it gave me the name of a service manager time. When checking in at dealership the I said who I was look for and was informed that person wasn't in there that day. I was told that someone else would help me. Bit of confusion getting one to do so, The new rep was very, helpful and kept me advised through texts. Also, checking out I asked the cashier to check on my points to help pay for the oil change. She was very helpful and took charge of helping me get my point balance (takes me awhile to look up stuff on [hone), which was great! Overall, experience was excellent.

Well, the garage in the back said I needed 2 TPMS sensors and wanted to charge $649. I took my truck to 70s Car Care and was told they needed to be releared and they programmed them to work. I spent $125 instead. I was also told I needed 2 tires, but bought the 4 on my truck from GMC in 2023 and they have around 30,000 miles on them. Did GMC sell me DEFECTIVE TIRES???? I have 3 trucks and dont drive my Yukon everyday.

Had a 0730 Appointment for and Oil Change and Tire Rotation so I Got there 15 min Early, and my Vehicle did not even get looked at until 0900. Before my Service rep even looked at my Vehicle I was already Told my Vehicle would need other Items..... So Maybe wait til the service starts before selling me on extra maintenance concerns. Overall this was the longest "Oil Change" appt I have had with this Dealership since I have been using them. So I am gonna chalk it up as an Exception, not the Norm. My Vehicle was returned to me at 1000 so total visit was 2 1/2 Hrs. I was in and out of there in a prior visit, WITH OUT an appointment, in just under an hour and a half.

Every time I come there to have service done something is not done right. On on visit a technician stole a dollar pack of bubble gum from my console and nobody knew what happened. On yesterday the they removed the valve stem cover and replaced it with one that didn't match the ones I bought and put on the tires myself. These are petty things but it's the principle that matters. However I bring my vehicle to you, it should be returned the same way. Not to mention the overcharging that goes on up there. It makes a customer go elsewhere to have service done.

Overall the experience was excellent. Ed and Alan did a great job taking care of us throughout the process. The only issue I had was with the Finance person at the end of the process. I dropped off my vehicle late afternoon on Wednesday for a Thursday morning appointment. I received no call on Thursday and was unable to reach anyone in the service department. Calling the service department and pressing "2" to check on the status of a vehicle only resulted in being able to leave a voice message, which was not returned. I drove to the dealership on Thursday around 5 PM only to be told the vehicle had not yet been evaluated due to staff shortages. I received no call on Friday and was able to reach someone over the phone Friday around 6 PM. I was told the vehicle still needed to be evaluated and would be done on Saturday AM. I received no call on Saturday and was unable to reach anyone from the service department on the phone on Saturday. I expressed by concerns to the general manager over the phone on Saturday afternoon. On Monday, I received a voicemail around 5 PM stating the vehicle was ready. The rear brakes are squeaking and yet I was told nothing is wrong with the brakes. The person who drove my vehicle into the bay heard the squeak and said there was nothing that could be done. The passenger side window rattles at highway speeds but again I was told nothing was wrong. The appointment was for an oil change and a tire rotation. The oil was changed but the tires were not rotated according to the receipt.

1. The finance guy I worked with, Kenyon Baker, let us leave the dealership after signing everything without giving us a flash drive or ANY of our paperwork that we signed for the deal. I left the dealership after signing everything with NOTHING. And no one thought about it so no one even bothered to reach out to me or get it to me. I’m the one who had to call and inquire to reach back out to retrieve it. I didn’t realize it until I left and got to work later that evening that I didn’t have any of the paperwork I signed. Luckily, I called the dealership right as they were closing and caught Kylan Tanzy (who wasn’t even my salesperson) before he left the dealership for the day. He went out of his way to go back into the office to help me, and found a way to email the file with all of my paperwork to me… which he did not have to do but I am so grateful that he did and that I called right on time. I honestly can’t believe they let me leave without giving me my documents. Shoutout to Kylan Tanzy for going out of his way to make sure I had what I needed! 2. The salesperson I worked with, Blair Outlan, did not have my vehicle ready for pickup at all! Although the vehicle had been there for over a day after me signing (because I wanted it to be detailed before I drove off the lot) I signed my paperwork and left it there to be detailed and to pick it up on Monday. I told him multiple times when I would be there to pick it up, which was 11:30am-12pm on Monday, and it was not detailed when I arrived NOR had the gas tank been filled up yet. He even texted me earlier that morning to make sure I was coming at the same time we spoke about and still did not have it ready. When I got there I had to wait for it to finish being detailed, and THEN he went to go fill it up. Blair had on dirty cowboy boots when he filled it up so the floor of my vehicle had tracks of dust and dirt on it after it had just been detailed when I got it. I went to the bathroom, got a paper towel, wet it, and cleaned the floor of the vehicle to try to get some of that dust and dirt off MYSELF before driving off the lot. Unacceptable. I was not impressed whatsoever with how Blair or Kenyon handled this transaction. I came in on Saturday, already knowing what I wanted, and signed for the vehicle the same day! Not because I had a good salesperson, but because I already knew what I wanted and was ready to buy. I also didn’t feel that Blair was the most kind towards me so with all of that being said I honestly would have loved to work with someone else. The ONLY person who I feel REALLY helped me was Kylan Tanzy. Kylan was not even my salesperson. He’s actually the Pre-owned/ CPO Sales Manager so he didn’t have anything to do with my deal but he deserves a 5 star rating for going out of his way and being so kind and accommodating! Thank you again Kylan.

$1,057.35 to replace two batteries on a 2024 GMC sierra duramax is ridiculous. A) If I got bad batteries from the factory that gave out in 2 years, then shame on GM. B) There is no reason for the replacement of these batteries to be so difficult to remove that it takes $378 in mechanics labor to replace them. Sunrise Wolfchase did a great job like they always do.

It took almost a week to even schedule an appointment. My appointment was at 10 am. I was there almost 2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. I was not pressed for time so I was OK with the wait. I was not prepared for the cost. I paid $148 for an oil change and tire rotation. That is an outrageous cost. The cost of these two simple things have been slightly increasing since covid and this tariff hike. No excuses. Needless to say I will not be returning to this dealership in the future unless I absolutely have to. The cost is what's keeping me from returning. My husband pays at best $60 for this and I will take my vehicle where he gets his vehicle service. I purchased my vehicle from Sunrise and was strongly advised to get my services there. I can't continue to do that when I'm being price gouge over and over again. Thanks for your service over the years but I'm done.

Well changed oil a new battery thought I was to get all fluids topped off but no had to be done by ME paid almost $800.00 for both of these services so it may seem little to you but the antifreeze was $25.00 a gallon washer fluids add that on to my cost so I am not a happy person. We have a 2022 Acadia and the head liner is coming down i know it's not under warranty but this car is only 3 yrs old dealership told us we had to pay for it all ourselves to have repaired which I feel that is not good business husband has a 2016 truck and his headliner is just perfect

The manufacturing should not make it so hard to replace a headlight bulb in a GMC pick up truck. That is the only reason I had to bring it into the dealer. You have to take the vehicle halfway apart to get to the bulb not a very good design.

I had a recall appointment at 1:00 to have my drivers air bag fixed. When I got there they took my car back and 10 minutes later the technician brought my keys to me and asked me to come back at a later date as they did not have the part to fix my car. He said he would order it and contact me when to return. I have not heard from him. I live over an hour away from the dealership and if they had of called me the first time it would have saved me the drive over there.

3 things: 1. Why push a video when its 10 seconds of the tech walking to my truck? 2. $90 to change wipers? And they smear as soon as I turn them on. That's almost as much as an oil change. 3. Final cost was more than double the estimate. When shown, the SA just says oh, it didn't out the oil change on there. No offer to fix, no offer to discount. It was his mistake and his tone is well, just pay the bill. This is why people dont trust dealership service departments. Constant price changing, no respect for your customers and a complete lack of attention to details.

I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction regarding a recent service experience at your Sunrise Wolfchase location, as well as the lack of follow-up and accountability from your team. On Tuesday, March 24th, I brought my vehicle in for routine servicing, including an oil change, tire rotation and balancing, and general maintenance checks. Upon arriving at work later that morning, I noticed that my front driver-side tire—one that I personally replaced last year while the other three remain factory tires—was still in the same position. This immediately raised concerns that my tires had not been rotated, leading me to question whether the services I paid for were performed at all. I promptly contacted your location around 9:30 AM and spoke with Paul, who recalled my visit and assured me he would investigate and call me back. After not receiving a response, I followed up around noon and left a voicemail. I called again around 4:00 PM and spoke with Shawn (Sean), who informed me that Paul had left for the day but would follow up with me the next morning. Unfortunately, I did not receive a call on March 25th. After waiting until after 4:30 PM, I reached out again and spoke with Shawn, who stated that Paul had been made aware and should have followed up. I was then transferred to Paul, who advised that the technician claimed the tires had been rotated, even responding with, “Why wouldn’t I?” This response was both dismissive and concerning, as it implied doubt toward my observation and experience as the customer—despite the clear evidence to the contrary. As a loyal customer who purchased my vehicle from your dealership and has consistently returned for service, I find this experience extremely disheartening. It is unacceptable that I had to repeatedly follow up with your team, only to receive a lack of urgency, communication, and professionalism. More importantly, I am now left questioning the integrity of the service performed on my vehicle. I made it clear to Paul that my concern is not centered around receiving a refund or complimentary service. Not every customer is seeking compensation—what I expected was timely, transparent communication and a genuine effort to address my concern. Unfortunately, that did not occur. This situation extends beyond my individual experience. It raises serious concerns about the level of care, accuracy, and accountability that every customer should be able to expect when trusting your team with their vehicle. At this point, I no longer feel confident in continuing service with your Sunrise Wolfchase location. I am documenting this issue directly with you so that any future concerns with my vehicle may be considered in light of this experience and the possibility that services may not have been properly rendered.
